DOWMAN IMPORTS LTD was established in 1988 to supply high quality soft toys to the zoo and leisure trade. Our aim is to design and create soft toys using the latest techniques and materials and constantly develop new methods of manufacture to enhance the appeal of our products while offering excellent value for money.

We have built a reputation with our customers for the extensive variety of animals we produce, ranging from widely recognised species to some of the more obscure animals from the wide world of nature. We have always tried to raise the public awareness of some of the less well known and sometimes endangered species and have worked with some zoos in designing and supplying particular kinds of animals to support their own conservation programs.
