Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, except made to order items where times are indicated on their pages, same day if ordered before 9.15 am, by either FedEx (to available areas Royal Mail Tracked where not) or within 1 working day by Special Delivery (or FedEx next working day Mon - Fri) if express delivery is chosen at checkout to mainland UK. Express delivery is not available for a Saturday delivery.

Overseas parcels will be sent by International Tracked air mail but parcels can not exceed 600mm on a single side and Length + width + height: less than 900mm. For overseas orders for large items please contact us.

• Special Delivery/Courier next working day £8.45 *
• Worldwide rates are calculated at check out as costs are weight dependant. (customs charges may apply upon arrival in your country)

Returns

Any items returned must be in original condition with all tags attached within 30days.
We will notify you upon receipt and the appropriate refund will be authorised as per the Distance Seller Regulations.
